2. Services

Calleo provides custom digital invitation design and creation services. Our services include:

• Custom design of digital invitations for weddings, events, and special occasions
• Personalization based on your requirements and preferences
• Delivery of final digital invitation files
• Revisions and modifications as agreed upon during the order process

All invitations are created by our design team based on information and preferences you provide. You do not need to create an account or register to use our services.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order with Calleo:

• You provide us with event details, design preferences, and any specific requirements
• We create a custom design based on your specifications
• We send you proof(s) for approval
• You may request revisions as specified in your package
• Once approved, we deliver the final digital invitation files

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to use any content (text, images, logos) you submit to us.

4. Payment

Payment is required before we begin work on your invitation. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Bank Transfer

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes as required by Greek law.

5. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in your order depends on the package you select. Additional revisions beyond what is included in your package may incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the proof.

Major changes to the design concept after approval of initial proofs may be considered a new project and charged accordingly.

6. Delivery

Digital invitation files will be delivered via email in the agreed-upon format (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and revision requests.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is correct and that you can receive our files. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to any text, images, logos, or other content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your invitation.

Our Designs: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final invitation design for your personal event. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the design for commercial purposes without written permission.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we start designing, you will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Begins: Once we have started work on your invitation and sent initial proofs, refunds are not available. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product within the scope of your package.

Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe the content violates our policies or applicable laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Creating offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

Calleo provides services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
